360o Assessment:  Using this format for the assessment participants begin by rating yourself against a predetermined standard and then reach out to a team to provide them with additional feedback.  The most common configuration of the feedback team has three groups.  The participants immediate supervisor, a group of peers, and a group of direct reports provide the participant with a rating and feedback on each competency identified in the assessment.  Using this very rich data set the participant is able to create a Personal/Professional Development Plan to enhance their strengths and focus on areas where improvement is suggested.  Teams can be custom created to meet the needs of the client or the organization.
