All CTP courses come complete with an extensive user manual and are followed up with satisfaction surveys delivered at the end of the class. This course is designed as a full day seminar, but it can be modified and delivered as a half day seminar or a ‘lunch and learn’ activity.

The current labour market includes four generations in the workplace and an increased reliance on migrant workers, diversity in the workplace is greater than ever.
